Nepenthes izumeae

DESCRIPTION:
Nepenthes izumeae, this beautiful species was discovered by T. Davis and C. Clarke on the same expedition in which they found N. jacquelineae. N. izumeae is a highland species that has a narrow range in the highlands of West and North Sumatra. It is primarily an epiphyte, growing on the trunks and branches of moss-covered trees on the tops of ridges and peaks, at altitudes around 2000 m.LOCATION

CULTIVATION
Grow as a typical highland plant. Open, well drained mix, or pure live sphagnum moss.
